We are currently seeking a Sushi Chef Assistant

General duties will involve working in the kitchen; mainly helping and assisting Sushi Chef on prepare Sushi Rice, Sushi Ingredient and keeping the Kitchen area clean and tidy.

Experience in sushi or Asian cuisine preferred but we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude, enjoy the hospitality industry, and a responsible personality.

Minimum 2 years working experience in Sushi is essential.

We are currently seeking a Waiter/ Waitress.

General duties will involve working in the restaurant, waiting tables, taking food and beverage orders, prepare drink in bar and keeping the restaurant area clean and tidy.

Previous food and beverage experience is essential.

We are currently seeking Kitchen staff or a Kitchen Porter

General duties will involve working in the kitchen; running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. You might also help with basic food preparation.

Your day-to-day duties could include:

• unloading deliveries
• organising the storeroom
• collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery
• getting pots, pans plates and cutlery back into use quickly
• washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
• making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored
• removing and recycling waste from the kitchen
