Booking policy

We do not permit bringing your own food or alcohol or any other type of beverage to any Hare and tortoise restaurant.

CANCELLATION, CHANGE OF RESERVATION

Please inform us of any changes within 24hrs of your reservation.

LATE ARRIVAL, NO SHOWS

If a reservation hasn’t arrived after 15 minutes, we will give your table away.
A “No call” and or “No show” will result in the full amount of deposit being deducted.

LARGE PARTIES

For parties over 6 people, please call us for table reservation.
Each branch has different capacity, please give us a call to check for availability.

MINIMUM SPEND, DEPOSIT

For a large group of 6 or more guests, we require a deposit of £10 per guest, which will be redeemable towards your total bill.
We will give you a maximum of 90 mins for a reserved table.
